Shamus B. Cassidy is the founder of Cassidy Law, Ltd, concentrating his practice in the areas of estate planning, disability/special needs planning, probate, elder law, taxation, real estate, and business matters. Shamus is licensed to practice in Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Tax Court, receiving his law degree from Capital University Law School (J.D., magna cum laude) and his bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University (B.A., magna cum laude). Shamus is a member of the Professional Council of the Columbus Foundation, the Professional Advisors Group of the Catholic Foundation for the Columbus Diocese, the Worthington Estate Planning Council, and the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations.
